Somatic Sėxology & Embodiment Coaching
Empowering you to feel good in your body, confident in your sexuality and satisfied in your relationships.
About
Welcome to Soma Soul Studio, a safe, neutral and inclusive space for co-created somatic learning experiences that empowering you to reclaim your joy and aliveness.
I work with individuals and couples of all ages, genders, and sexual preference.
This work is for anyone, including people who are sensitive or anxious, people who are experiencing pain or discomfort, people who are experiencing a difficulty in their relationship with their body, their relationship with their sexuality or their relationships with others.
I have come to this work from a long journey into embodiment searching for ways to feel safe in my body and relate from a dis-regulated nervous system. Through a practice of Tai Chi and working with different types of bodywork I have found a deep trust in the wisdom of the body.
Over the years I have trained in tantra, sacred sexuality and conscious kink. I am a certified sexological bodyworker and somatic sėx educator and belong to both the Association of Somatic & Integrative Sexologists (ASIS) and the Assosiation of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers (ACSB).
Somatic sexology is a relatively new field and aims to fulfill the gap between traditional talk therapy, bodywork and embodiment coaching. I acts as a supportive ally and guide for you as you discover healing, personal empowerment and sexual freedom.
I will work with you to co-create a learning programme that will support your individual enquiry. I bring with me my experience and training but most of all my curiosity, because you, your body, your eroticism and your experience are unique.
I walk alongside you and offer somatic tools to help you slow down and notice what is going on in your body in each moment. As you learn to regulate your system you can increase your capacity to feel more and to stay present to your experience and to communicate what you want. From this place you are able to step away from societal scripts and choose what pleasure, sex and relating looks like for you.
Sessions are trauma informed, we work within the limits of your nervous system and allow for maximum integration and regulation. The sessions are client centred, which means you are always in choice. I adhear to the code of ethics laid down by the ASIS.
Do you feel nervous, curious, excited or want to know more? It can feel like a big step at first to talk to someone about your intimate life. I understand and I invite your questions.

Others Experience

I started to feel currents of desire in relationship that I couldn’t get a handle on by myself.
Being a trauma informed psychotherapist, I fully endorse Cindy’s work. I felt safe and met by Cindy in exploring my needs and through her skills in tracking my embodied experience.
I’m still sensing and integrating what I received from the sessions months later, the depth of this work is amazing.
What I loved about Cindy’s holding and space is that it’s really natural, fun and so safe to explore. Cindy works in such a respectful, boundaried, non-judgemental container that I had a chance to really find myself in many ways.
I was in a massive space of healing from many trauma patterns and saw this as a way, after trauma psychotherapy to get more in touch with my physical nervous system around safety and choice.
